what are your delivery options?
Various options are available according to the size of the item and the customers location. Furniture deliveries in the London area are covered by van courier. Goods will arrive in a van and will be brought into your house or premises by the driver.
Delivery times can usually be approximated to within a couple of hours and Saturday delivery slots are available.
For large or bulky items we recommend having someone on hand to help bring the items in. The driver can bring an extra person by prior arrangement although this will result in a higher delivery charge.
Small mail order size items are sent out by overnight courier, these items are delivered Monday-Friday within office hours.
National deliveries of furniture or multiple items are handled by the Palletways network. Goods arrive on a pallet and are dropped at the boundary of your property or premises. This is known as a kerbside delivery. The driver may offer to remove the goods from the pallet and into your house or premises but this is purely at their discretion.
